Classy, Sassy and TOTALLY Unique.
This wedding had elegance along with a very modern look. Each table had four vases, each of a different size and two sizes of candles. The flowers in them were simple and matched perfectly with their linens: Champagne Pink Lamour and Burgundy Lamour.
Because it is August, and HOT, they opted to move their ceremony indoors. Afterwards, all of the guests were invited to the Rotunda for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres for ten minutes while we reset the room, then the guests came back in to an entirely different setup, found their seats, and enjoyed a slide show of pictures of the bride & groom.
The tables were set and ready to go and hidden behind curtains on either sides of the room. This allowed us for an extremely fast setup. We put the dance floor together, moved the tables and chairs, and BOOM, the room was complete!
The Rotunda was used to display their programs, guest book, card box and place cards as well as a fruit and cheese display and bar setup after the ceremony.
The Library was used for the bridal party to gather together before introductions. Separate hors d'oeuvres are served to them there before their big entrance so they are pumped and ready to go!!!
